🏙 Overview
Novus Residence is a two-tower rental development located in Toronto’s evolving Ordnance Triangle district, just south of Liberty Village. The project includes 25- and 35-storey towers set atop a shared podium with retail, residential units, and four levels of underground parking. Together, the towers deliver over 420 rental units as part of a larger mixed-use masterplan that integrates new public parks, retail amenities, and improved pedestrian connections to surrounding neighborhoods.
🛠 Technical Scope & Role
- Supported coordination of architectural documentation across disciplines and project stages
- Facilitated communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment
- Produced construction details and resolved technical challenges while upholding the design vision
- Managed drawing sets, milestone submissions, and review cycles for timely project execution
- Maintained BIM model accuracy and compliance with project standards throughout development
