The project upgrades all major systems and office spaces to meet current safety, accessibility, and efficiency standards, while preserving key heritage features. Led by Infrastructure Ontario and delivered through a Public-Private Partnership (P3), the project is designed by WZMH Architects and constructed by PCL.
