The Microsoft Data Centre—formally known as YTO14 Data Processing Centre—is a proposed dual-building facility comprising two three-storey data centres with integrated administrative offices. Located at the southeast corner of Highway 7 and Commerce Valley Drive East in Markham’s Commerce Valley neighbourhood, this high-performance facility was designed by WZMH Architects for Microsoft (operating as 3288212 Nova Scotia Limited).

- Developed and implemented a comprehensive BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to standardize workflows across all disciplines and consultants
- Ensured model compliance with strict LOD, classification, and naming conventions required for precision in data centre design
